Does a DFM review replace product engineering validation?

No. DFM focuses on manufacturing and tooling implications. The buyer remains responsible for product requirements, safety, compliance and final design approval.

Can DFM be completed before a final resin is chosen?

A preliminary review is possible, but resin affects shrinkage, flow, draft, strength and tooling decisions. Share the application and candidate materials so assumptions are visible.

What happens after the review?

Open questions and proposed changes are confirmed with the buyer. Approved geometry and requirements then become the basis for tooling, prototyping or a production quote.
