Enquiries and RFQs
When you submit a form or contact us, we may receive your name, business email, telephone or messaging number, company and project details, quantities, materials, target dates, messages, and files such as drawings or CAD data.
Website and security data
Our hosting and security provider may process IP address, request time, browser and device details, requested URLs, diagnostic logs, and anti-abuse challenge data. The website stores your privacy preference locally so it can remember your choice.
Analytics and advertising data
Google Analytics and future Google advertising measurement use Consent Mode. Consent defaults to denied. Project information may also be shared internally with staff who need it for engineering, quoting, production, quality, finance, or customer support. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or during a legitimate business transaction.
Providers and Cemal operations may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual or other transfer safeguards are used.
Retention and security
How long data is kept.
Enquiry and project records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform work, maintain business and quality records, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, export, or other legal duties. Security challenge records are short-lived, while security logs may be retained for a limited operational period by our providers.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side validation, restricted file types, anti-abuse challenges, and rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so highly sensitive files may also be sent through a separately agreed secure channel.
