The Schneider project has 28 injection molds; all of these molds have been made with MOLDMASTER hot runner system. Some of parts have undercuts which need to use CUMSA special angle lifters which are very expensive and imported from Europe. Since this project was very urgent, we worked hard to finish these molds within one month. These molds have been approved by SCHNEIDER after only T1. Our customer is very satisfied with the molds’ quality and our short lead time.
